The Bone Marrow Cleansing is an ancient art transmitted by Bodhidarma, the first zen patriarch. Participants will learn how to send chi at five levels: skin, muscles, meridians, internal organs and bone marrow, inducing to a powerful stimulation of the immune system, the brain and to an amazing blood purification. This advanced art is also well known for the rejuvenating effects, inner peace and mental clarity practitioners experience with its practice.

Sifu Wong will start teaching the fundamental Chi kung course Generating Energy Flow, enabling who have not previous experience to participate in these advanced courses.
Sifu Wong will also teach the techniques and transmit the skills of two classic jewels of high level Chi kung: Cosmic Shower and Cosmic Breathing.

For those who want to take the Tai Chi Chuan course with Sifu Wong and haven't been in a Tai Chi Chuan or Shaolin Kung Fu course before with Sifu Wong or a certified instructor from Shaolin Wahnam School, it is necessary that you take the introductory course during the afternoons of the Chi kung week with Sifu Simon.
