WARRIOR PROJECT with Grandmaster KAI JETTKANDT
The Special Warrior Project this year will be even more useful, enjoyable and beneficial than that of last year. Sifu Kai will focus on only a few techniques and on deepening skills and applications.
Course content:

One technique or pattern against many different attacks.

Applying some main Taijiquan patterns against Shaolin Kungfu and vice versa. Sifu Kai will also explore the strong and weak points of each art.

Tactics and Strategies based on "Know Thyself, Know Your Opponent" and "Avoiding Strength and Attacking Weakness".

How to develop a focused Shen: 30-minute mediation sessions in the morning and the evening.

Review practice with Certified Instructors.
6 nights accommodation including:
- Collective transfer to our Center and back. Time specified upon reservation.
